Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly. When possible, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging (if applicable)

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept Returns & Exchanges for all products except Hapé & Hapé applicators.  Please complete the returns process here.

Hapé Sales Final

Due to the nature of the product, all Hapé sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on Hapé products.
